I recently started 3D printing and designing (6 days ago) and I've already run into a problem.
My problem is that the layers don't stick, they are sticking and I don't know what the problem could be. I reset it, but the problem is still the same.
The filament type is PetG and it says that the printing speed is between 30-600 mm/s and the filament is brand New.
It makes a really veird Sound when I am trying to let down the bed.

It sounds like you might be experiencing adhesion issues with your print. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
-
Check your bed leveling: Make sure your print bed is leveled properly. If the nozzle is too far from the bed, the filament won't stick properly.
-
Adjust your print bed temperature: PETG usually sticks well to a heated bed. Try increasing the bed temperature slightly (around 70-80°C) to improve adhesion.
-
Clean your print bed: Make sure your print bed is clean and free of any debris or residue. You can use isopropyl alcohol to clean the bed before starting a new print.
-
Slow down your print speed: Since PETG can be a bit more finicky to print with, try reducing your print speed to around 30-40 mm/s to see if that helps with adhesion.
-
Check your filament diameter: Make sure your slicer settings match the actual diameter of your filament.
As for the weird sound when lowering the bed, it's hard to diagnose without hearing it. It could be a mechani...

- leveled it before print,
- The bed temperature is at 70°C
- The bed is cleaned
- I didn't have any issues until now, and I printed with 30 to max 250 mm/S
- I haven't checked it yet, but I think this is not the issue, because it made very good prints before
Pictures from before
And when I start printing the filament pops a bit, and when it gets faster it starts to pop more often
And the problem starts at layer 16
could be that the filament has absorbed too much moisture
even if it's new, it could still need drying
that popping especially
Like not sticking to the print bed @harsh vigil
Or layers not sticking?
I would dry the fillament and maybe try glue on the print bed
I don't have a filament dryer, but can I dry it in the oven? (It is a bit freaky idea)
It sticks to the bed, but the layers aren't sticking to each other after layer 16 on this specific gcode
What is the temps
not ideal. if you can put it in an airtight box/bag with some dessicant overnight that would be better
No
You got a cardboard box?
What if i told you that you already have everything you need to assemble one of the best filament dryers available? Don't believe me? In this video i'll show you how, with a combination of very simple principles, we can all dry filament without an oven for free.
