I recently bought a used Neptune 4 max from elegoo's official store and have had issues printing. All of my prints have come out horribly or just completely failed. I'm not sure what i have done wrong or what i need to do to fix it. I have already tried leveling the bed multiple times with no success. So far i have tried printing test cubes and a benchy that failed and did not stick to the bed. The filament I'm using is elegoo's rapid pla+

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong and how I can fix it?

It sounds like you may be experiencing adhesion issues with your prints. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Ensure that your print bed is clean. Use isopropyl alcohol or window cleaner to remove any grease or debris that may be preventing proper adhesion.
  2. Adjust the print bed temperature. PLA typically prints well at temperatures between 50-60°C.
  3. Try using a different bed adhesion method, such as painters tape, glue stick, or a dedicated bed adhesion solution.
  4. Check that your print bed is properly leveled. Use a piece of paper to ensure there is an even gap between the nozzle and the bed surface.
  5. Experiment with adjusting the first layer height and extrusion multiplier in your slicer settings to improve bed adhesion.

If you continue to experience issues, feel free to reach out to Elegoo's customer support for further assistance.

did you do z offset and calibrate the settings for your filament like optimal print tem, flow rate, and PA?
