Why are my layers so fragile? The layers are just peeling apart. I’m using a dremel digilab. Lowkey not the printer I would prefer to use, but it is what my work has. Also the prints are nearly impossible to remove from the build plate. Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thank you

It sounds like your print adhesion may be the issue causing the fragile layers and difficulties with removing prints. To improve adhesion and prevent layer delamination, you can try adjusting the bed leveling, increasing the bed temperature if possible, using a different build surface (like a PEI sheet), applying a suitable adhesive like glue stick or hairspray, or using a brim or raft for better bed adhesion. For easier print removal, consider using a spatula or scraper tool to carefully lift the print off the build plate. Regularly cleaning and ensuring proper maintenance of the build plate can also help with adhesion and removal issues.

is your flow properly tuned?

How would one do that?

twin charm

calibrate the esteps is step 1

#

step 2 is to do flow tuning in the slicer
