I recently got this printer up and running after a couple years of it not working. I was printing some stuff and had this strange surface finish. The fuzzy skin is not enabled in cura and I have no clue as to what could cause this. I'm printing at the regular Neptune 3 pro cura settings. This printer has klipper and upgraded steppers with 400 MM per rotation. Printing in pla at 60 mm per second

It sounds like you might be experiencing a phenomenon called "pillowing" where the top layer of your print isn't fully closed, causing a rough finish. This can happen due to insufficient cooling, incorrect temperatures, or printing speed being too fast. Try reducing the print speed slightly or increasing cooling. Additionally, check your temperature settings for the PLA filament to ensure it's within the proper range.

Solved. Used a sovol mainboard when repairing this one and used the klipper config from that. Forgot to change the extruder rotation distance and it was over extruding
