#Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro doesn't see the Z axis

It sounds like your printer's bed leveling sensor may be malfunctioning. I would recommend checking the sensor and the connections to ensure everything is secure and functioning properly. You may also want to recalibrate the bed leveling and make sure the firmware is up to date. If the issue persists, it's best to contact the manufacturer for further assistance or consider replacing the sensor if needed.
Hey did a metal sheet like this come with it?
Maybe put it on the bed. 😅
Thanks, now I have another problem: I can't unscrew the nozzle (the key breaks)
heated to 210 degrees, but it didn't help
Needs to be warm + you want some heat resistant material \ gloves + pliers for the heatblock to hold it still.
Lefty loosey, righty tighty.
Turn spanner left. (I think)
Go to 260 + wait like 5 mins.
Thanks, I'll try it now
Be careful not to squeeze those wires..
I will write if it was successful or not.
that is the same my dt teacher had was it that it does not understand the z axes and thinks it can go lower if so on your slicer create a new printer then put the right measurements in and it might work
It depends on what kind of sensor \ endstop it has.
Most enders have a switch or physical probe.
The neptune might have the electromagnetic probe. Aka, needs metal plate to stop + home properly.
