Just recently bought some Overture HS TPU and am having issues printing with it on my A1. Dried at 55c for 10+ hours. It's very inconsistent in even making a print. Most prints I try get about 50% of the way and then the filament just stops extruding, I've had some luck using the Bambu Labs HF TPU setting but can't get it to consistently print. I've also tried some online profiles I found designed specifically for this filament with no success either. Not sure what settings to change up to fix this extrusion issue

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with inconsistent extrusion while printing with Overture HS TPU on your printer. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check Nozzle Temperature: Make sure you are printing at the recommended temperature for TPU. TPU generally requires lower temperatures compared to other filament types.

  2. Adjust Retraction Settings: TPU is known to be stringy, so tweaking the retraction settings such as distance and speed can help reduce stringing and improve extrusion consistency.

  3. Slow Down Print Speed: Lowering the print speed can help with better extrusion and overall print quality, especially with flexible filaments like TPU.

  4. Increase Flow Rate: Sometimes, increasing the flow rate slightly can help with better extrusion. Experiment with small increments to find the optimal flow rate for your specific setup.

  5. Check Filament Path: Ensure that the filament path is clear of any obstructions or bends that coul...
