It sounds like you're looking to create strong and impact-resistant parts using a combination of 3D printing, resin, and possibly reinforcement. While there may not be specific articles or papers on your exact method, there are a few general tips you can follow:
-
Consider Alternative Infill Patterns: Instead of a standard 100% infill, you can experiment with different infill patterns like gyroid, honeycomb, or cubic. These patterns can provide good strength while reducing material usage.
-
Resin Infusion: Adding resin to your prints can indeed help increase their strength. Make sure to choose a resin that bonds well with PLA+ and follow proper mixing and curing procedures.
-
Temperature Resistance: PLA+ has a lower heat resistance compared to some other filaments. If your parts will be exposed to temperatures near 60 degrees C, consider switching to a higher-temperature filament like PETG or ABS.
-
Reinforcements: While adding physical reinforcements may be ...

Sounds like you really need metal parts instead of plastic
Also: PLA+ would not be my first choice for your temperature resistance requirements
Would really help if we knew what you are trying to achieve here

@analog veldt
No guns. No weapons. Absolutely no talk of making functional firearms or other weaponry. Weapons, or trainers, such as functional printed knives or guns, are not allowed.
Nope
