I did a smaller print of something I intend to print near/ at capacity for my Creality K1C, it failed in a way that I don't get, the supports not forming fully but still building some of the layers properly.

Looking to get advice on settings, to ensure that once I do the full size print it doesn't fail several hours in.

Here's an imgur album with pictures of the finished print and how it turns out, the first layers quality, as well as all the settings in OrcaSlicer. https://imgur.com/a/O8MPADr

Based on the images you provided, it looks like the supports are not properly adhering to the model. This could be due to several factors, such as inadequate support density, insufficient support angle, or incorrect support settings in OrcaSlicer.

Here are some suggestions to improve your support structures for the full-size print:

  1. Increase support density: This will add more support material around the model, providing better stability. You can adjust this setting in OrcaSlicer to increase the support density.

  2. Adjust support angle: Make sure that the support structures are angled correctly to provide effective support for overhanging parts of the model. You can experiment with different support angles to find the optimal configuration for your print.

  3. Check support interface settings: Ensure that the support interface layers are set up correctly to improve adhesion between the supports and the model. You can adjust the interface settings in OrcaSlicer to enhance support...
