It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with adhesion. Try leveling your bed again and adjusting the nozzle height. Also, consider trying a different brand of filament or adjusting the printing temperature. If the issue persists, you may want to consider upgrading your printer's bed surface to improve adhesion.

Ok, it's looks like it is knocking the supports off, do you have any better pictures of the failed print please?

No, but what would I do if that’s the problem
Try these one or two at a time until it works.
if it's the nozzle knocking:
- dry you filament. (Wet filament has a higher flow rate) new does not = dry.
- tune your flow rate
- if still knocking turn on z hop.
If the supports are just falling over:
-
double check you z offset is close enough (will include some photos)
-
check bed mesh is enable in start gcode (m420?) ignore if bambu. should be under printer profile settings
-
enough brim for the supports.
-
increase the branch base sizing for trees
-
increase minimum layer time by a few seconds, maybe the support is not cooling fast enough.
-
switch to standard / non tree supports.
-
see if you can print it in a different or better orientation
-
turn off seamless timelapse. or timelapse altogether. this will speed up the print a heap + sometimes eliminates errors to do with nozzle heating.
be sure to ask if more explanation is needed.
happy to help.
