It took me around two weeks to design it and consider all caveats, but I think main structure is finally done, now I only need back panel.

What you can fit in there is very limited, mATX or ITX and GPU up to 350mm (I could make it little bit higher to fit more powerfull GPUs but I dont think I will ever be able to afford such a GPU xD), also requires SFX power supply.

It can fit up to 8 fans, 4 are required, 2 on top and two on bottom, since its created with passtrough in mind.

I will use m3 screws to put all parts together and also side and back panels.

I think "cooling" wont be great, but who knows, it will be definitelly sufficent.

There is enough space for extrusion profile in this "row" when I decide its required.

And this is made only to work as support and sturdy frame its have holes for fittings all around. to fit m3 screws to weld them together.

I think you might have some issues with flex, and the structure not being able to carry the weight. Especially if the frame is printed out of multiple pieces (I think it is?)

The top of the frame will have to carry the entire weight of the GPU, without any support from the bottom

Never put a radiator below the pump, which in the case of AIO units, is directly over the cpu. If you put the radiator below the pump, air bubbles accumulate in it and can damage it. This is less of an issue if you're doing a custom loop though, as the pump can be placed in a more convenient location.

It's not that unstable, especially if reinforced by the side panels.

Virtually all computer cases are taller than they are wide, and anyone that knows what they're doing puts the radiator in the top of them without issues like the system spontaneously falling over.

Besides, OP could easily just add some little stabilizer feet at the bottom, which could work with the aesthetic without the risk of killing the AIO, or worse, the CPU because of bad placement.

Thanks, it will be rebuild wastly tho I realised that until I dont upgrade my printer (What I cant afford right now.) I need opt to making it with smaller parts that can be made with higher quality.

There are couple of reasons why, main is that I just cant have my printer running 24/7 (I dont want leave it unatended, and also I need manually look at ventilation, in my case just opening window :D).

It will look almost same, but I just have to rethink how to split it into more parts.

You should also consider using a 3d pen or 3d gloop to weld the parts together. I've used that for some of my own projects and it can create a nice strong joint.

I dont think its trustworthy for case. :/
Meantime M3 screw and heat inserts I think its more trustworthy.
