I checked that the hotend fan is working, swapped it with the motherboard one (Is the same on this printer) without results. I also confirmed the fan is getting 24V and blowing in the correct direction (Creality 4024 fan, i could not get upgraded ones locally, like Noctua)

Retraction is 0.6mm (direct drive), using all-metal hotend. Also changed PTFE tube from extruder to hotend in case there was an issue there without luck (used PTFE cutter tool, so should be 90°). Changed nozzle as maybe it was clogged without luck. I really dont know what else to look into!

Printer: Ender 3 V2 Neo, SKR Mini E3 V3 board, running Klipper.

It sounds like you've done a thorough job troubleshooting the issue with your hotend fan not working. Since you've already checked the fan, swapped it with another, confirmed the voltage, and made sure it's blowing in the right direction, here are some additional steps you can consider:

  1. Check the firmware settings to ensure that the fan is configured correctly and that there are no issues in the settings that might be causing the fan not to work.

  2. Double-check all connections to the hotend fan, including the wiring and any connectors, to make sure there are no loose connections or damaged wires.

  3. If possible, test the hotend fan with a different power source (such as a separate 24V power supply) to see if the issue is with the power source or the fan itself.

If after trying these steps the issue still persists, it may be worth reaching out to the manufacturer or seeking help from an experienced technician to diagnose and fix the problem.

As a major note, i did not experience this BEFORE Klipper, so i really belive is a configuration issue!
