AI Help

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with your 3D printer's print bed leveling. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

  1. Check the leveling of your print bed. Make sure it is leveled properly by using a piece of paper or feeler gauge between the nozzle and the bed.

  2. Clean the print bed surface. Remove any debris or build-up on the print bed that may be causing the nozzle to bottom out.

  3. Adjust the Z-offset. You may need to adjust the Z-offset in your printer settings to ensure the proper distance between the nozzle and the print bed.

  4. Check the print settings. Make sure you are using the correct settings for your print job, including the first layer height and print speed.

If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, it may be helpful to reach out to the manufacturer of your 3D printer for further assistance.
