So I just got an ender 3 v3 se and it’s been printing ok but it messed up a print and got a bunch of filament in the heat sink and so I tried to take the nozzle out but it was stuck so I had take the heat sink apart and now when I’ve got a new nozzle in and after adjusting the x offset it wont let filament out and it also pushes the nozzle in to the print bed any advice to doc this

It sounds like you may need to re-level your bed and recalibrate your Z-offset after changing the nozzle and dealing with the filament clog. Make sure the nozzle is close enough to the bed but not touching it to avoid pushing too hard. You may also need to check your extruder tension and hotend assembly for any potential issues. If you continue to have problems, consider seeking help from the manufacturer or an experienced 3D printing community for further assistance.

The nozzles usually need to hot at about printing temp to loosen or tighten. (Reason why it is stuck). Make sure to insulate whatever tool you are using.
If it will extrude when you are loading filament, the nozzle \ z offset just needs to be higher off the bed.
Sometimes a bigger gap can mean a smaller number, so it's better to sit next to it and do it by eye.
Once it's extruding too high above the bed, print a first layer square and slowly bring the z offset down (while printing) until the z offset matches this.

Yeah it’s those is it possible that it could be moved to one side because of uneven screwing

Gotta make they are done up.
Yes they could have.
But when i've tighten mine before i've needed to redo the z offset.
They just get loose from the extreme difference in heat + vibration.
