Busted the corner and now it won't turn on. Printer not in my possession, and is/was in the process of being purchased when it was dropped. I'd like to salvage it, especially as the seller is actually trying to fix it for me. Any help diagnosing would be appreciated. Thanks!

It sounds like the printer may have suffered some internal damage from being dropped. Without having physical access to the printer, it's difficult to provide a specific diagnosis. I would recommend having the seller check for any visible damage to components such as the power supply, control board, or wiring. They may also need to assess if any connections were jostled loose during the fall. I wish you luck in salvaging the printer!

Make sure the stepper is still plugged in otherwise it's a hardware problem

Thank you, I'll pass it on

Could be something (like the driver chip itself) fell off of the board because of the jolt. That's not... fixable unless you know how to solder

Ah great, high possibility of the frame being bent now

Well, they say that support told them the same thing about the loosened cables, but all of the connections "look solid and have no loose pins".
