Hi, good day. I tried printing multiple models yesterday in a single batch, however in the first layer I noticed that some corners were lifting up so I cancelled. I tried to print a filament swatch as a kind of easy print and the left side completely lift up and gave me a failed print. I cleaned the bed with dish soap and warm water and dried it up immediately with paper towels. Afterwards I calibrated again the first layer with the wizard and tried printing the same filament swatch but i set up the bed temp to be 70° (all pla btw) and the generic temp and a brim and seems that it kind of worked. However I noticed that only a side of the first layer was OK and the other one was really separated. I've run the whole wizard calibration a couple of times (so the paper test and it never caught up the paper) and did many first layer calibrations until I got a good result. However I still get a side of the bed with a good layer adhesion and the other one that is held by the grace of God. I don't even know if I can calibrate the bed leveling like ender printers as I don't have the knobs there. I've also cleaned with IPA the bed every time after any test/print.
Printer: Prusa i3 mk3s+
Bed: stock
Nozzle: stock
Filament: Prusa PLA blend

It sounds like you are experiencing adhesion issues on one side of the bed. Here are some steps you can try to improve the issue:

  1. Check the bed leveling: Even though you don't have knobs like Ender printers, the Prusa i3 MK3S+ should have an automatic bed leveling feature that you can run to ensure the bed is properly leveled. Make sure to follow the instructions provided by Prusa to run the bed leveling properly.

  2. Adjust bed temperature: You've tried increasing the bed temperature to 70°C, which seems to have helped. You can try raising the bed temperature a bit more to see if it further improves adhesion.

  3. Use a brim or raft: Using a brim or raft can help improve adhesion, as it provides additional surface area for the first layer to stick to. Make sure the brim/raft settings are appropriate for your model.

  4. Experiment with different bed surface treatments: If the issue persists, you can try using different bed surface treatments such as glue stick, hairspray, or spec...

• Printer make and model: Prusa i3 mk3s+
• Any Mods: no mods, it should all be stock. So I'm using the einsy board and no MMU.
• Firmware: recently updated so 3.14.1
• Filament material and temps: pla nozzle at 215 and bed at first 60 but now 70
• Slicer: prusa slicer.
• Any recent changes: I changed the perimeter of the prints to 3 instead of default 2 to help with strength, added brim and change of temps to see if helps.
• What have you tried so far: cleaning, multiple calibration tests, changing settings in the slicer
