Title is self explanitory. It's not the seam, as that is in a different positon than the bumps.
Sliced in cura.

Printer: Ender 3 v3 KE
PLA filament
150mm/s print speed
0.2mm layer height with adaptive layers on, 0.1mm max variation
0.4mm nozzle
205ºC nozzle temperature
Fan at 100% all the time
Outside ambient temperature is around 21º

I have done a ton of tuning:
Calibrated rotation distance or whatever its called
Calibrated PA
Calibrated flow rate/EM

I have also upgraded printer:
Upgraded to the quick swap hotend that creality also sells for v3 ke and se (still no idea what "quick swap" means)
Installed oldham couplers (never again, that took literally forever to do)

AI Help

It sounds like you have thoroughly calibrated and upgraded your Ender 3 V3 KE printer. The bumps on your prints could be caused by uneven bed leveling, inconsistent filament diameter, or issues with the extruder. I recommend rechecking your bed leveling to ensure it's uniform across the entire bed. You may also want to measure your filament diameter at multiple points and adjust your extrusion multiplier accordingly. If the issue persists, you might want to inspect your extruder gear for any debris or wear that could be causing inconsistent extrusion.
