Hello all, thanks for the help in advance

K1 is plugged in and will not extrude. I just disassembled the extruder and did not see any debris. I lubricated the gears with white lithium grease and this is my outcome (same as beforehand)

I have the K1 clog poke from creality, I have not felt a blockage or seen anything so I do not think it is the hotend. I also tested the stepper motor by slowly turning it, consistent resistance by hand

Thanks again!

It sounds like you've already done a thorough check of the extruder components. In this case, I would recommend checking the filament path for any potential obstructions. Make sure the filament is properly loaded and that there are no tangles or knots. You may also want to double-check the extruder motor's connections and ensure it is receiving the proper voltage. If the issue persists, consider checking the extruder driver settings in your printer's firmware. If all else fails, you may need to consider replacing the extruder motor or driver.
