Printing with a Saturn 4ultra, I have already calibrated with ameralab towns. However, i’ve ran into these issues with some of my prints. One my prints has this weird failure where it printed out in chunks, I’m assuming it’s a Z-axis issue but I’m not sure how to fix it, also i attempted to print a full build plate but only 75% actually printed, so would also like help on that

For the print that failed in chunks, it does sound like a Z-axis issue. I recommend checking the following:
- Ensure the Z-axis lead screw is properly lubricated and free from debris.
- Check for any wobbling or play in the Z-axis assembly, tighten any loose components.
- Verify that the Z-axis steps/mm are correctly calibrated in the printer's firmware settings.
As for the issue of only 75% of a full build plate print completing, this could be due to a few reasons:
- Insufficient bed adhesion causing the print to come loose.
- Insufficient infill causing the print to collapse under its weight.
- Uneven heating or cooling in the print chamber causing warping.
To address this issue, consider:
- Increasing the bed temperature and using a proper adhesion method like a brim or raft.
- Increase the infill percentage to provide more structural support.
- Ensure proper ventilation and consistent temperature in the print area.
