#CR10 Mainboard

It sounds like the issue may be related to the wiring or configuration of the BLTouch sensor. Double-check the wiring connections and make sure they are secure. Also, ensure that the correct firmware settings for the BLTouch are configured. If the issue persists after checking these, then it could potentially be a problem with the mainboard.
thats default
bltouch reports as triggered usually even if a bltouch doesn’t exist because it would prevent crashes on the bed
if you’re talking about the Z limit switch, yes thats also default if you unplug it
you are right, it is a closed active switch.
the connection to the mobo is normally closed aka connected, and when the Z axis hits, it opens the connection, releasing the connection
ok, then there is a connection issue which I have to find
the bltouch is the z homing
huh
then I guess there’s something wrong with your config
are you perchance using a clone bltouch?
Assuming you’re using klipper, bltouches that are clones usually have defects that render them unusable unless you add one thing on your config
no. And it worked for years, so surely not a config issue. But thanks, your hint helped me. I forgot, that this is open when touched
no it is still marlin and the old original V2.x board
ah, good day then, I’m way too removed from Marlin to give advice
I will repair it a last time and the go for a new CoreXY... just have not decided which
ok, was a loose connection.
