Got an Ender-5 Max today, and have been trying to properly level the bed. Tightening/loosening the screws seems to do nothing, and the level graph shows a flat center with the four corners drooped far down. The printer doesn't have a touch sensor, it has a pressure sensor that (as far as I can tell) is located in the plate assembly. When calibrating the printer, the bed will gently ram into the nozzle a few times to determine its height, which is starting to leave marks on the build plate itself from the nozzle. I can't find any information about this printer online, is there anyone here that could help me with this/give me guidance?

It sounds like you may have a unique bed leveling system on your Ender-5 Max that relies on a pressure sensor in the plate assembly. Since traditional methods of bed leveling like manually adjusting screws don't seem to have an effect, it's best to reach out to the manufacturer's customer support for specific guidance on how to properly calibrate and level the bed with the pressure sensor system. Additionally, if the nozzle is leaving marks on the build plate during calibration, you may need to adjust the initial height or look into other calibration options provided by the manufacturer. It's essential to seek help from the manufacturer or their community for assistance with this specific model.
