#Changed out my Heater Cartridge and ran a PID Autotune and now my printer does this

It sounds like you may be dealing with a wiring issue in your 3D printer. I would recommend double-checking all connections and ensuring that everything is properly insulated and secured. If the problem persists, I would suggest reaching out to the manufacturer for further assistance.

Pronterface in the big 25?
Should I not be using it? I do not know how to use octoprint
But it seems to be doing exactly as expected
It’s fine
Ok so I shouldn't stress about it
Nor should I be concerned with the temperature fluctuating 2-3c above and below the 200c mark
What’s the issue
Fluctuating 2-3 is fine
You can pid tune with more cycles if you wish
And it will even it out?
Maybe
Ight. I'll try that out
It was still bouncing

You can try firmware with MPC if it bothers you
I found PID autotune absolutely sucks for overvolted cartridges, at least mine
You could try passing M302 S190 or 5 below your min print temp
on marlin at least
Set the minimum extrusion temperature, potentially allowing E movement at temperatures below the melting point of the material.
@winter tangle ping just in case
