Bambu X1C, textured plate, Overture PETG which has been dried like 2-3x now using the Gratkit dryer. It's been callibrated, twice. 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 height, benchy all in one test. Forget if I'm missing anything else. I have NEVER been able to get a good print out of it... it's always doing weird blobs and chunks. Even on the same print with the same settings, it's just always been doing weird things with blobs and stringing stuff and everything. Sending pics of the print in the thread...

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with oozing and stringing in your prints. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check the retraction settings in your slicer software. Adjusting the retraction distance and speed can help reduce stringing.
  2. Make sure your print temperature is set correctly for PETG filament. It typically prints between 230-250°C.
  3. Check that the cooling fan is working properly. PETG generally requires minimal cooling, so having the fan turned off or set too high could cause issues.
  4. Verify that the nozzle is not clogged or partially blocked. You can try cleaning it with a cold pull or nozzle cleaning kit.
  5. Ensure that the print bed is level and the first layer is adhering properly. Adjust the bed leveling and/or print bed temperature if needed.
  6. Check the filament path for any obstructions or tangles that could cause inconsistent extrusion.

If you continue to experience issues, please feel free to provide the pictures of the prints...
