I've been pulling my hair trying to fix this issue. I'm using PLA with a 0.6 mm nozzle the slicer, I'm using is cura where the temp is 200 degrees Celsius. So what I've done so far is tightened the belts, all of the screws to the hotend making sure that it's tight, tightened the motor for the Z axis because it was a little too loose. Made sure that the wheels were also touching and not spinning freely on the Z rods and Y rod under the heated bed also made sure that all the motors were secure and not loose. The bed is leveled (I'm using a bl touch for auto bed leveling). E step is calibrated as I was previously underextruding by 1.5 mm. The filament has been cooking in a oven at 50 degrees for 6 hours yesterday to make sure it wasn't because of moisture. What more can i do?

It sounds like you've tackled a lot of potential issues already. Since you are facing underextrusion despite the extensive checks, I would recommend the following:

  1. Check for any clogs in the hotend that may be obstructing filament flow. You can try a cold pull to dislodge any blockages.
  2. Ensure that the filament is feeding smoothly and not encountering any resistance or tangles.
  3. Double-check that the extruder gear is gripping the filament properly and not worn out, causing slipping.
  4. Verify that the Bowden tube is securely attached at both ends and free from any obstructions or deformations.
  5. Experiment with slightly increasing the nozzle temperature to see if it improves extrusion.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be worth experimenting with a different filament brand or adjusting the flow rate in your slicer settings.

Unless you're going really slow, 200 seems pretty low for a 0.6mm nozzle. Did you get higher temps?

the right one is 215 the left is 200

a small improvement though.

Does look a bit better. Maybe check the nut on z rods, might be too tight? Or the rod itself could be bent.
