I just got a new Hot end module for my anycubic Cobra neo 2 and all of the times I have releveled my printer It does not seem to work. I got it straight from the company and I'm not sure how to fix this

It looks like it's super melty....

what temps are you printing at?
what material? (Tpu, asa, petg...eg.)
is the cooling part fan on? (Does it have one?)
have you recalibrated the z offset? (Different to levelling).
did the company say anything about pid tuning?
do you have a photo of the first layer please?
