#Cant get SPI enabled to run input shaper

So im trying to enable SPI to run an imput shaper but after i enable it from the config menu over SSH it gives one of these 2 errors.
it gives the vcgencmd not found error on the old sd card
i tried reformating a new SD to a fresh install of klipper and it gave the other error
