its an ender 3 and after auto homing it goes up about 10 mm and then forgets doing that

Just change the probe z-offset in your printer.cfg?

and the thing is it only allows me to adjust z offset by 10mm so unless i get the Bl touch physically in the perfect place i cant properly adjust it

what happens when you start a print? could be that its at 0, then it applys the z offset to goto negative(where the bed actualy is) then you can mess with the offset to get that right
