Could someone help me finalize some settings. I’ve gotten as far as I can get I think with my limited knowledge. I’ve had the printer for 5 days (flash forge 5M) and after many test prints these are my latest and still showing minor issues.
Im printing new and dried hatchbox PETG at
235-245deg and between 20-40mm/s exterior depending on detail.
.19 layer height
I’m using flashprint 5 for my slicer

Most issues seem inconsistent in performance, machine based almost. Some areas are superb while others, that are equal in structure, display major flaws.

  3. Temperature: Ensure that the temperature is consistent throughout the print. Fluctuations can lead to inconsistent extrusion.

  4. Check for mechanical issues: Inspect your printer for any loose belts, pulleys, or any mechanical issues that could be causing the inconsistencies.

  5. Calibrate extrusion: Make sure your extru...
