It sounds like you're dealing with Z-axis layer shifting. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially fix the issue:

  1. Check for any loose belts or pulleys in the Z-axis system.
  2. Ensure that the Z-axis stepper motor and its driver are properly calibrated and functioning correctly.
  3. Make sure the Z-axis leadscrew or linear rail is clean and lubricated properly.
  4. Check the alignment of the Z-axis components to ensure they are parallel and straight.
  5. Verify that the printer's firmware settings for the Z-axis steps/mm are correctly configured.

By checking and addressing these potential issues, you may be able to resolve the Z-layer problem in your prints.

i assume v rollers have been ajusted properly and belts tensioned?
try turning your printer on, home it to activate all motors and try wiggling the toolhead see if there is play in any of the axies

I have checked the belts and rollers; all axes have no play. All the mods should help reduce that as well.
