I have just got a Neptune 3 Max and it powers down consistently at 1.9mm (going into 2mm) tall, ive tried factory resetting, relevelling, changing temperature, changing print speed, changing fan speed and different models but it consistently turns off at the same height.
It fully turns off aswell so I cant try and continue the print.

I cant provide pictures or a video right now but I can in roughly 14-15 hours, sorry.

It sounds like your Neptune 3 Max is experiencing a power issue during printing. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check the power supply and make sure it is functioning properly. It may be overheating or experiencing a voltage drop at that specific point in the print.
  2. Inspect the wiring and connections of the printer to ensure there are no loose connections or damaged cables.
  3. Monitor the temperature of the printer components throughout the print to see if any specific part is overheating and causing the shutdown.
  4. Check the power settings on your printer and make sure it is not set to shut down at a specific height.

If the issue persists, please feel free to reach out again with additional information or when you can provide pictures or a video for further assistance.

I'm in the UK so it should be 240, but I don't know how itd relate to height specifically

#

It doesn't matter the 3D model or how fast it goes, its consistent at 1.9 going into 2

#

But ill check once I'm back near the printer

You may have some slicer weirdness going on.
Does it reboot immediately or do you have to power cycle it?
