Hi, I have this noise on my printer and support answered me about it:

“Thank you for contacting Bambu Lab support.
I am the technical support agent assisting you with this matter.

Based on the video you provided, the sound is caused by the side of the belt rubbing against the idler.

There's no need to worry excessively.

I recommend lubricating the printer according to the instructions in the attached video.

I hope my answer will help you with the problem you are experiencing.
Please let me know if you have other questions or if I can assist you with anything else.
We are here to help you!

Wishing you all the best!

I'm unsure if it should be done this way because some say you shouldn't grease the belts because of dust/dirt buildup. Would you do it like that?
Thanks

As the technical support agent from Bambu Lab suggested lubricating the printer according to the instructions, it would be advisable to follow their guidance. However, some users avoid greasing belts due to dust or dirt buildup concerns. To mitigate this, you can use a dry lubricant specifically designed for 3D printers. You could also inquire with Bambu Lab support regarding the concerns you have about dust/dirt buildup and alternative lubrication methods.

Don't grease your belts

#

Check if its really the belt, you can move the printhead by hand when the printer is off and csn observe exactly whats going on with the belt
