To print the katana test file on your Sovol SV06 using PrusaSlicer 2.9.0, you can follow these steps:
- Open PrusaSlicer and import the katana test file.
- Configure your print settings, including layer height, infill percentage, and print speed.
- Make sure to generate supports if needed, based on the model.
- Slice the model and save the G-code file.
- Transfer the G-code file to your printer's SD card.
- Insert the SD card into your Sovol SV06 and start the print.
If you encounter any specific issues during the process or have questions about a certain step, feel free to ask for further assistance!

Sv06 + pla i've had this and not fixed it yet.
But i've heard if you find a setting "horizontal expansion" and reduce it, it can fix this.
@turbid walrus Edit: prusa slicer seems to call it x\y expansion

it may be that!
ok i'll test it out and tell ytou how it goes
it doesnt work, it's at 0 and im putting it at -1 and im getting errors
do you use cura by chance?
yeah, i'm a cura user... 😅
you may be able to fix by running some pressure advance tuning with your printer. this is probably a more permanent fix.
