Hello, I'm having a couple of little problems that are worrying me with my printer Ender 3 v3 se, yesterday I didn't want to print, I discovered that it was because of the file which was poorly scaled, now I have the problem that it stays still out of nowhere while the percentage advances 1% every second, I clarify that I bought the printer yesterday, Solutions? 😓😓😓

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with your Ender 3 v3 SE during printing. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
-
Check the G-code file: Make sure that the file you are trying to print is properly sliced and saved in the correct format for your printer.
-
Check the filament: Ensure that the filament is loaded correctly and that there are no obstructions or tangles in the filament path.
-
Check the printer settings: Verify that the printer settings such as print speed, temperature, and flow rate are set correctly for the filament you are using.
-
Restart the printer: Try resetting the printer by turning it off and on again to see if this resolves the issue.
If these steps do not solve the problem, it may be helpful to reach out to the manufacturer or consult the printer's user manual for further troubleshooting guidance.

@neon token can u please clarify your question?
- is your object in the slicer (cura, orca or prusa slicer) scaling up over time?
- have you updated your firmware?
How do I update my firmware? And I really don't know how to ask, But I'm going to take the printer to warranty does strange things, and some things aren't even normal anymore, for example A piece of pla did this
Sorry for not knowing how to formulate the question well
This is actually the perfect way to clarify though!

Try running through this....
In this video I'm going to show you how to level or tram your bed, set a bed mesh and set your z height on a 3d printer with a bed probe.
You may be surprised to hear that you still need to level or tram your bed when you bought a 3d printer with 'Automatic bed levelling'. Well unfortunately, this is very likely to be a little white lie that 3d...
For your own reference + to improve communication... 😅
It'll help u describe the problem so i can help you better

Some questions to look at:
- Does the printer sound different from usual? (Grinding, screeching, no sound at all)
- Does it smell different? (Burnt plastic, magic smoke \ electronics burning smell)
- Does anything look out of place to usual?
I apologise if this sounds rude, i genuinely want to help, but cannot do so without more details
