I can order these wires
If I use the female one and connect it to the fan itself
then what do I do with the end? with the + and -
as in
Is one hole for + and is one hole for -?
and is there a port for the wire behind it?
@obtuse jolt

tysm brother, sorry for having to cope with my slowness
I'll get 2x of these
Sure
This?
yup

I'll get these wires
I'll be handy just to have around as well as use them
depending on how much custom wiring you'll do you can also get a crimper
max I'm doing is replacing fans or stepper motors
then sure those will do
I can't believe I've been running a singular 4010 for how long
And not pondered on the horrido verhangs
Alr, ordered
Now onto moving the contorl board.... (:
should be pretty straightforward
be safe around the psu wires tho
unplug and let the caps discharge
ye just need to remove a stripped screw
Came stripped :/
if its a hex socket you could try using torx bits
if you angle it right it should bite enough to remove it
Thats what I did, worked wonderfully
