AI Help
It sounds like you have tried a lot of troubleshooting steps already. One thing you could check is the tension on the extruder. Make sure it is not too tight or too loose. You could also try cleaning or replacing the nozzle in case there is a blockage causing the under-extrusion. Lastly, calibrating the extruder steps/mm in your firmware settings could also help improve extrusion consistency. If none of these steps work, it might be worth reaching out to AnyCubic's customer support for further assistance.

Sounds like a clog due to heatcreep.
Hottightening the Nozzle
Tighten your nozzle at the highest possible temperature to make sure it fully seals against the heatbreak.
If the nozzle bottoms out against the heatblock, the heatbreak is not installed correctly. Refer to the graphic. Note that the maximum printing temperature is about 20C lower.
If you have a PTFE lined hotend, make sure you have taken care of ?thegap
?hottighten requested by: m.von.d#0
but then why is it working on the first layer
Because its not clogged then
?coldpull
If you can resume printing after cooldown (for the first layer at least) its not the gap
Does your hotend cooling fan work?
oh, nvm i replaced the nozzle and that worked
