Hello my friends.
For some reason in some projects, mainly flat ones filament gets packed up and ruins the print.
I heard cracking durning the printing process and on some photos you can see that the filament is bending (one of the first layers). I think it is because of the filament drying to fast but I have done everything I know to prevent it.
To print those rectangular things I used Qidi PLA rapido, Qidi X-Max 3, 0,4 nozzle, first layer 0,4mm, other layers 0,2mm, heated bed to 60C durning all printing procces, nozzle temperature 210C, both windows open and around 27C in chamber, 2 fans on 100%.
Thanks for the help in advance my friends and have a great day.

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with filament curling due to cooling too quickly. Here are some suggestions to help troubleshoot the issue:
-
Ensure that your printer's cooling fans are not positioned in a way that directs too much airflow onto the printed part, especially during the first few layers. Adjusting the fan speed or position can help maintain a consistent temperature around the print.
-
Try printing with a slightly higher nozzle temperature, around 215-220°C, to help improve adhesion and prevent the filament from cooling too quickly.
-
Consider adding an enclosure around your printer to help maintain a more stable temperature and prevent drafts from affecting the print.
-
Check the filament spool for any signs of moisture absorption, as this can also cause issues with printing. You may want to try storing your filament in a dry box or using a filament dryer to ensure it is properly dried before printing.
By making these adjustments, you may be able...

• Qidi X-Max 3,
• No mods,
• default Qidi firmware - klipper,
• PLA rapido - 210C,
• Qidi Slicer,
• No changes to the model nor the printer,
• Printing it twice, same spot same problem, on second try I set the fan speed to 75%.
The filament spool is closed in the box with moisture-absorbing powder delivered with the printer, no problem with other prints.
I just printed this, it is going to be a keychain, 1 złoty for size reference
no problem at all
I doubt it is wet filament, it has no problem with other projects like this scar from fortnite above

Does this printer do auto leveling?
Idk if it's worth just trying a re-level?
Cos if it's always in the same spot...it's possibly the bed shape...?

Before every print it does auto bed leveling, yes. I managed to print it right by closing the printer to get overall higher temperature and on nozzle 220C
There were still some deformations on the bottom layer, as you can see here
