#Bambu A1 random layer shift
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
It sounds like you may be experiencing layer shifting and inconsistencies in print quality. Layer shifting can be caused by various factors such as loose belts, insufficient stepper motor current, or mechanical obstructions. The small white dot could be due to debris on the print bed or a nozzle clog. I recommend checking and tightening all belts, ensuring proper stepper motor current, cleaning the print bed and nozzle, and calibrating your printer. If the issues persist, feel free to provide more details for further assistance.
Anybody that could help me?
I had a weird layer shift
The second picture is from the far back one, it printes one by one not all together, I haven’t calibrated or changed anything this is fully stock Bambu labs A1 anybody knows why this layer shift happend? Or why the first one the small white dot happend?
After this print I wiped the bed quickly with a micro fiber cloth and restarted the print without changing anything
The back one didn’t hold to the bed because it fell off the bed
This is PLA from 123.3D because Bambu labs wouldn’t sent me any filament when I asked it 😂
Also I haven’t done any calibrations or fine tunes or anything to it

Didn’t I set my inactivity to 1 week 😤 😅
im not seeing any layer shifts. to me it just looks like simple bed adhesion. it has mininumum contact with the bed. print slower, add a brim. run arachne generator rather than classic MIGHT help too in this case since their so thin

But this one did stuck to the bed so this would be layer shift right?
But yeah thanks for the help an ideas
looks like a droopy mess to me. not a layer shift
but i suppose it being circular can throw off the perception of it being a layer shift
i really dont think it is though
its even around
not one more than the other side. its even

Speed typically. Faster or slower. Smaller layer height
