Hi I would like to ask for some help with a certain under extrusion problem on the ender 3 v2. The problem is that unhardened filament gets to the tube and jams it.

It sounds like you may be experiencing a partial clog in the hot end due to the filament not being extruded properly. Here are a few steps you can take to address the issue of under extrusion on the Ender 3 V2:

  1. Check the filament: Make sure the filament diameter is consistent and that there are no tangles or knots in the spool.

  2. Clean the nozzle: Heat up the hot end to the recommended printing temperature and manually extrude some filament to clear any obstructions in the nozzle.

  3. Check the extruder: Make sure the extruder gear is clean and tight, and that the tension is set correctly to ensure proper filament feeding.

  4. Adjust the flow rate: In your slicer software, you can try increasing the flow rate slightly to see if it improves extrusion.

If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, you may need to further troubleshoot or seek support from the manufacturer.
