It sounds like you may be experiencing a common issue known as under-extrusion, where the filament is not feeding properly through the nozzle. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and fix this issue:
-
Check the filament: Make sure the filament is not tangled or stuck on the spool. Also, verify that the filament diameter matches the settings in your slicer software.
-
Check the nozzle: Ensure that the nozzle is clear of any obstructions. You can use a nozzle cleaning needle to gently clear out any debris that may be blocking the flow of filament.
-
Check the extruder: Make sure the extruder gear is clean and free of any debris. You may need to adjust the tension on the filament to ensure it is gripping properly.
-
Check the hotend temperature: Ensure that the hotend is reaching the correct temperature for the filament you are using. If the temperature is too low, the filament may not melt properly.
-
Calibrate the extruder steps/mm: Sometimes, the extruder step...
your nozzle is too low, adjust the z endstop screw a tiny bit up or the leveling wheels a tiny bit down
I think the nozzle is clogged, you should try to take ik out and clean it or even replace it.
