I think my bed is crooked. I've never experienced that before. I haven't touched anything, it just came. I don't have those little wheels under my bed, but I do have the BLTuch. I have done auto bed leveling several times without success. I just checked my z-offset (I think it's called. Checked that my Z axis has the right distance to my bed) but no luck. It prints nice lines on the right side of the bed, but on the left side, my nozzle is so close to the bed that if filament comes out at all, it is completely flat. It's a Creality CR20 PRO printer.
Please help me🙏 I was about to print some important things, I'm running out of time

AI Help

It sounds like you may be dealing with a warped bed. To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:

  1. Ensure that the bed is clean and free of any debris that could affect the leveling process.
  2. Double-check that the BLTouch sensor is functioning properly and is securely mounted.
  3. Try running the auto bed leveling process again to see if the sensor can compensate for the unevenness.
  4. If the issue persists, consider manually leveling the bed using a piece of paper or a feeler gauge to adjust the height of the bed in different areas.
  5. If manual leveling does not solve the problem, you may need to look into replacing the bed or adding a glass plate on top to provide a more even printing surface.

If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to ask.

V Rollers
Vslot rollers are on most of the popular budget printers such as the ender 3 and other v-slot based printers. Your printer should have come with a wrench that is able to adjust the eccentric nut that increases the tension of the wheels. Usually on a plate with 3 wheels, only one can be tensioned, and on a plate with 4 wheels (usually the Y carriage) there are two wheels that can be tensioned, you can see which ones need to be tensioned by looking for eccentric nuts (Labeled in drawing below).

Vslot rollers should be tensioned and checked as a part of your frame check before you fire up your 3d printer. They should be tightened until you are able to turn the wheels with your fingers with a little friction, but not too tight that they are too hard to turn at all (failure to do so will result in quicker wear and tear of your Vslot wheels, certain printing artifacts and excess strain on the stepper motors ).

Make sure to check that all your Vslot plates and carriages are free from wobble along the X, Y and Z axis wherever your printer uses Vslot rollers. You should check these regularly to clean them of dust and to see if the rubber is worn, if so, they should be replaced with new ones.

Make sure to check these on both the x axis and the z axis

#

And also make sure the x axis is parallel to the bed
