#Print curling at edges - prints failing

It sounds like your print is experiencing warping, which is a common issue with large PLA prints. To minimize warping, you can try the following:
- Increase bed adhesion: You can try using a brim or a raft to increase bed adhesion.
- Enclose the printer: Keeping the printing area at a stable temperature can help prevent warping.
- Use a higher bed temperature: Increasing the bed temperature to around 60-70°C can also help with adhesion.
Additionally, ensuring that your first layer is properly leveled and adhered to the bed can also help prevent warping issues.
Yea try 60c bed temp add a brim if you can, lower z offset
Clean bed
thanks, yes i may try a brim... z offset as far as the print goes has been going and looking fine, its just as soon as print gets a couple cm high it starts to peel
Yea, that will happen with long prints like this, as plastic cools it compresses, and if it compresses too much over a long distance it needs to release that tension, hence the warp
@wraith kayakif it is a non-textured bed, you can also try hair spray, but first, try 60-65°C bed.
and you might want to try 210°C first layer temperature
that can massively improve the first layer adhesion
I was thinking the design itslef may have something to do with it as other designs have printed fine
