Just finished a print about 2 hours ago. At first i thought it was the file so i changed to another print and its doing the same thing. It prints the primer on the left but then goes to do the skirt and actual print file but nothing comes out. But as soon as i stop the print, some filament extrudes onto the bed and comes out of the nozzle before returning home. Someone please help

It sounds like you may be experiencing a partial clog in your nozzle. This can cause the filament to not extrude properly during the print. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and fix this issue:
-
Run a cold pull: Heat up the nozzle to the usual printing temperature for the filament you are using, then lower the temperature to about 160-170°C. Once the temperature has stabilized, push a short length of filament into the nozzle to create a plug. Let it cool down, then gently pull out the filament. This can help clear out any blockages in the nozzle.
-
Check the filament: Make sure the filament is loaded properly and that there are no tangles or knots that could be causing a problem.
-
Check the extruder tension: If the extruder tension is too tight, it can prevent filament from being properly fed into the hotend. Make sure the tension is set correctly according to your printer's specifications.
-
Check for any restrictions in the filament path: Make sure there a...

check your extruder.....if you leave it running does it eventually extrude?

Yes. While preheating it extrudes while the nozzle temp is rising
Thats oozing, not extruding
I never tried to leave it running throughout the print. Kept stopping after I saw no base layers
But it extrudes for the primer on the left and when i stop it, before the nozzle pulls up, it drops a bit of filament there too
