#Marble PLA cracking

Hello,
You may want to try adjusting your printing settings to see if that helps reduce the chances of your prints cracking. Here are some suggestions to troubleshoot the issue:
-
Decrease the nozzle temperature slightly to see if it improves adhesion without compromising the overall print quality. Sometimes, a lower temperature can help prevent cracking.
-
Ensure that your bed is properly leveled and that the first layer adhesion is strong. This can help prevent warping and cracking during the print.
-
Consider increasing the infill percentage of your prints to add more support and strength to the structure.
-
Experiment with different print speeds to see if a slower or faster speed helps improve the overall print quality and reduce cracking.
If the issue persists, consider checking the quality of your filament for any moisture absorption, as this can also affect the printing quality.
I hope these suggestions help you resolve the cracking issue with your Marble PLA prin...
It is an Ender 3 S1 Pro with a replacement nozzle made out of hardened steel. I level my bed before every single print, I use 15-20% infill. I have never changed my print speed
I tried many different nozzle tenps from 210 -230

Is it just the picture or are all the arifacts always on the same height?
Relative to the buildplate?

Try lowering your bed temp if it is hotter in the bed but cool at the top can easily cause cracking.
ok
thanks
