I recently recalibrated my printer (AnyCubic Kobra Plus) and now the filament keeps retracting during my prints. I know it isn't blocked because I can force extrude filament with pronterface. Is this an issue with my e-steps? I didn't change them during my calibration and it was fine prior to calibrating. It's making prints take twice as long and makes the filling splotchy.

It sounds like the issue could be related to your e-steps. I recommend recalibrating your e-steps to ensure they are set correctly for your printer. You can find guides online to help you with this process. Additionally, check the tension of your filament spool and make sure it is feeding smoothly to prevent any further retraction issues during prints.

What are your retraction settings?
The picture looks like underextrusion
Where would I check that? Sorry I'm new to this 😅
It looks like in Cura it says the retraction distance is 6.5 and the maximum retraction count is 90
What did you calibrate?

You might retract too far and pull molten filament into the cold zone, leading to a partial clog
I reset to factory settings and then recalibrated the xyz axis
Ah well thats not needed usually...
Yeah... I'm guessing that might've messed something yp
Xyz steps should not be touched if not absolutely necessary
