I'm not sure if this is the right channel for this, but I need some help with something I plan to do.
I have plans on making a Vision enclosure using CF-PETG on my Bambu P1P, and I just figured out that I'm going to need a Carbon/Hepa filter to to keep carbon dust out of the air and make sure it isn't inhaled. The only modifications I have made are the hardened steel extruder gears and hotend. Is there any possible solution to that using the stuff I already have? Thanks!

It's great to hear that you're being conscious of safety when working with materials like CF-PETG. To address your concern about carbon dust, one option you could explore is using a standalone air filtration system that includes a carbon/HEPA filter. These can help remove particles and odors from the air and provide a safer working environment. Alternatively, you could also consider designing a custom enclosure for your Bambu P1P that includes an integrated filtration system. Regardless of the approach you take, ensuring proper ventilation and filtration is essential. If you need further assistance in designing or implementing a filtration system, feel free to provide more details, and I'll do my best to help you out.

y dont u get a p1s upgrade kit
and then install filter catridges that bambu labs has
I'm going with (from what I've calculated) the cheaper route (and I've already invested in it so I can't back out).
So the built-in filter wouldn't do much for me.
i mean u can build ur own filteration with basically a fan and filter
its rly basic ig
but the built-in filter is pretty plug and play os yea

I'll be printing the parts in a garage. Would it work if I just had that garage door open to let the air circulate?
