Hello! How can I assist you with 3D printing today?
Hello
Handle this stuff first, before you get into any tuning or setup
Is it still on the frame or did you like remove it entirely?
They’re sending me this
I used the screwdriver to remove it
Its not broken though, its entirely usable still, pretty much perfect condition
You should reattach it and plug it in, then heat up the nozzle to begin taking the filament off
Also, my filament sensor doesn’t work
fr? It doesnt stop prints when running out?
It doesn’t turn on or make that clicking sound
Tbh idk how the filament sensor functions, the regular sv06 doesnt come with it, but all of your extruder can be fixed at least
What about those lines on my build plate?
noo, he got a leak on the hotend
Shouldnt he remove the filament clogup first? It might be messing up the z offset
Yeah
Don't worry about hose just set z offset first
I meant before the sensor
Additionally, when I was trying to follow the steps Sovol provided, the fan in the motherboard is messed up
? How
Well I messed it up by taking the wrong screws out
And the screws have to align with the fan
I should probably fix that first
make a list of everything broken with it, and tackle it 1 by 1
- The fan in motherboard is not aligned properly, so I can’t put screws in
- Filament sensor doesn’t work
- The nozzle seems to be clogged
- Lines on the build plate (can’t really fix that though)
okay first fix the fan on the motherboard, then nozzle
also what lines on build plate? can i see
Its like a tiny scratch, lol
youre fiineee
Yeah, those wont really affect your printing at all
i have worse scratch and even some tiny holes on my plate
Won’t the filament be melted In those cracks?
Just gotta be sure to relevel before starting anything print related after these fixes
no, its just a scratch on the removeable PEI plate
Nope, even if it prints over it, it's like anywhere else on the plate
I will be doing this when I get home from work. Hopefully you guys will still be around.

No worries
But anyway, I was trying to fix number 1
And the screwdriver provided with the printer was damaging the screws
what kind of screw it is? and which screwdriver did you use
The screwdriver that came with the printer, and for the screws I’d have to check when I get home.
