#Corners rounded in path of travel

My Klipperized Neptune 3 Pro rounds corners in the direction of travel. As you can see in the picture it affects all the corners except where the seam is. I have tried to adjust every setting I can think of with out any changes in the result. I have tinkered with pressure advance, acceleration, square corner velocity, minimum cruise ratio, print speed etc. I have rolled my printer back to marlin and I am still experiencing the problem. I have tried multiple slicers to no avail. My sneaking suspicion is that it is a hardware issue. I have upgraded to linear rails for the x & y axis and I have tightened & loosened my belts with no improvement.

So I am coming back to you all, I’m all out of ideas and open to any suggestions.

It sounds like you have already done a lot of troubleshooting steps to address the issue of corners rounding in the direction of travel on your 3D printer. Since you have tried adjusting a variety of settings, including pressure advance, acceleration, and print speed, and have even reverted back to Marlin firmware without success, it's possible that the issue may be related to a hardware problem.

Given that you have upgraded to linear rails for the X and Y axes and have checked belt tension, it's a good start in ensuring that the mechanical components of your printer are correctly set up. However, if the issue persists, it may be worth checking the following:

  1. Check for mechanical binding: Ensure that there are no obstructions or mechanical binding in the motion system that could be causing the corners to round. This includes checking for smooth movement of the linear rails, belts, and pulleys.

  2. Review your slicer settings: Double-check your slicer settings to ensure ...

You are running klipper, correct? If so it might be worth checking our pressure advance. I'm not 100% sure but I think your problem might be fixed by tuning PA.

This feature helps achieve more square corners by reducing oozing during non travel moves. In other words, when your printer is taking a corner it slows down. Because the filament is applying pressure some filament will "ooze" out whenever it is taking the corner thus creating a small blob on the end.

Tuning it is fairly simple, just follow the guide here: https://www.klipper3d.org/Pressure_Advance.html
