It sounds like you are experiencing Zits or blobs on your prints. Bubbly or blobby prints can be caused by a few factors. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
-
Make sure your filament is stored properly and not exposed to moisture. Even with silica gel, PETG can absorb moisture, which can cause bubbling during printing. PLA is less sensitive to moisture, but it's still good practice to store it in a dry place.
-
Adjust your retraction settings. Increase the retraction distance slightly to reduce oozing, which can cause blobs. Try a retraction distance of around 6-7mm.
-
Check your print speed. While 50mm/s is a decent speed, reducing it slightly may improve print quality. Try lowering it to 40-45mm/s and see if that helps.
-
Check your cooling fan. Make sure it's working properly and providing adequate cooling to prevent overheating and blob formation.
-
Check your Z-axis alignment and make sure the bed is leveled correctly. Improper bed leveling can result i...

- why did you buy an anet in 2024
- exposure to standard light has no effect on molten plastic
- dry your filament
now after fidling with plastic, it prints better quality but fails
big, cheap
comlpetely new filament roll
it was 50e and 30cm X 30cm X 40cm
the sv06+ exists
it was 50e
should be dried anyway
filament can get wet during manufacture
either way
