It sounds like there may be a wiring issue with your new extrusion board. Check the connections to ensure that they are correctly plugged in and that none of the wires are crossed or touching where they shouldn't be. It's also a good idea to check the wiring diagram for your specific printer to make sure everything is correctly connected. If the issue persists, you may need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
SOunds like you have plugged in the wrong wires to the sockets
DO you know what control board is in your X1 ?
theres only one socket
(pic coming)
If i remeber correctly my X1 had an MIKS Gen L
AH OK you mean the daughter board
yeah
I cant even understand how its possible , electrically, that the extruder works when the Z axis moves. The only thing i can siuggest is to go back and double check you have it all plugged in correctly
theres little to not be plugged in correctly
everything else is for heating, fans and thermistor
very weird
do the X and Y axis respond correctly ?
yeah
Sorry I cant help
dw
but i tried 3 seperate boards, and all the same problem
its probably software
Have you recently flashed the main control board or something ?
Or changed something in your slicer
