8 of your points are not "connected" even if it looks like it (at least thats likely). Drag a box over each cornerbto select the points and apply the "coincide" constraint (I think thats what its called). In the sketch workbench you can check for sketch errors, look in the top bar under "sketch", something like "check sketch"

oh it turned out I had some points that weren't labled as constuction vertexes or whatever they're called, so that was what was creating the error
