So my Q1 pro that I got yesterday has done fine for multiple prints, now half way through a print it stopped extracting and went on for another half hour before I realized, the extruding gears turn fine but nothing comes out, I tried to heat it up and manually do it, but the gears just jerk and dont move any filament. I'm trying to take the hotend apart so that I can clear the blockage, but all of the documentation is already outdated? And I can't figure it out for the life of me.

It sounds like you may have a clog in your hotend. To take it apart for cleaning, look for tutorials specifically for your Q1 Pro model or contact the manufacturer for updated instructions. Make sure to heat up the hotend to the recommended temperature before attempting to clear the blockage to make it easier to remove the filament. Be sure to follow proper safety procedures when working with heated components. Good luck with resolving the issue!

@buoyant narwhal Remove these two screws that secure the hotend and check if there's anything stuck in there
